Acerca de mí
Being a lifelong resident of Northern Virginia, Bryan understands changing marketplaces. Graduating from George Mason University with a BS degree in Business Management then becoming a banker with First Union/Wachovia Bank, he quickly moved up in the company. He became an Assistant Vice President and was awarded Employee of the Month multiple times and attended several President Breakfast events.
Bryan has been in the real estate industry since 2003 and believes that building long-term relationships in real estate is the key to success. Being named one of the Top 50 Up and Coming Realtors in the nation as written in the national publication, Real Estate magazine and leading one of the Top Real Estate Teams in the nation, Bryan brings a lot of passion to building TVRG Homes and creating a winning formula for his team and his clients.
His approach in building those long-term relationships is through proactive networking with various businesses including accountants, attorneys, bankers and insurance companies. With these partnerships in place, he is able to establish rapport with clients that turn into long-term relationships.
One of his greatest strengths is listening to what his team and clients’ needs and wants are and then filling those requirements. When working with clients and managing his team members, Bryan takes on many roles including being a consultant, an educator, and a coach.
Bryan partnered with his business partner Tom Parmentier, to cofound Maxhouseprice in 2018. The company funds and manages renovations on behalf of homesellers helping them net more money when they sell their home.
Bryan is happily married to Beth and they have twin girls, Mollie and Madison. They love to travel, spend time with extended family and spend time going to sporting events, mainly Nationals baseball games.
